We want you to love your Luiora pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How returns work
To start a return, email us at hello@luiora.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund. Just include a photo so we can make it right quickly.
- If you changed your mind — returns are welcome, but the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds reflect the item price minus any shipping fees.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
Items we can't accept
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on earrings unless they arrived damaged or defective.
