Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Where your order ships from
Luiora is based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Your pieces are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, which may be located outside the United States. Because of this, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. Total estimated time: 8–15 business days from order to doorstep. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $35
- Flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on orders under $35
Customs and duties
Orders shipped to the United States are not expected to incur additional customs fees. If any unexpected charges apply, please contact us.
