What is your jewelry made of?
Most of our pieces are made from stainless steel (including 316L), titanium steel, or tungsten steel, many with gold-tone PVD plating. The exact materials are listed on each product page. A few pieces include leather, cord, resin or natural stones, which are noted in their descriptions.
Is your jewelry real gold?
No. Our gold pieces are stainless steel with a gold-tone finish (gold plating or PVD coating). They are not solid gold.
Is your jewelry water-resistant?
Our stainless and titanium steel pieces are water and sweat resistant, so you can wear them to the beach, pool or gym. To keep plating looking its best longer, we recommend rinsing with fresh water and drying after contact with salt water, chlorine, lotions or perfume. Pieces with leather, cord or fabric should be kept away from water.
Does it tarnish?
Stainless and titanium steel are highly resistant to rust and tarnish and are designed for everyday wear. Like all plated jewelry, the gold-tone finish can gradually wear over time with heavy use.
Is it good for sensitive skin?
Stainless and titanium steel are generally well tolerated by sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the materials on each product page.
Where are you located and where do orders ship from?
Luiora is an online brand based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Orders ship from our partner warehouses, which may be located outside the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days after shipping (8–15 business days total). Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.
Do you offer returns?
